We are looking for a talented, experienced Content Writer to join our team. We are focused on long-form, best-in-class content, with great content styling and formatting to make the user experience distinct and enjoyable.

NuWire Investor will educate and update investors on the news, trends, and opportunities in the alternative investment marketplace. As a media source, we are not selling products or services directly. We simply provide in-depth research and analysis to help investors make informed choices, such as choosing a crypto exchange or crypto lending solution. NuWire Investor seeks to make quality information about alternative investments more accessible and easier to understand.

Job purpose:

The position will work closely with our Editor and other in-house Content Writers to create trustworthy, factually accurate, and unbiased articles providing readers with the information they need to know about alternative investment spaces.

Utilizing information from legitimate sources and reliable websites, our Content Writers will craft informative, topical content that will increase website visibility by improving search rankings.

Primary/Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and write original, high-quality content, considering the style and audience for NuWireInvestor.com.
• Ensure content is factually accurate and appropriately sourced, providing sources/citations where relevant.
• Write in accordance with our Editorial Style Guide, employing best practices for web content, and adhering to our specific voice and style to promote brand consistency.

Qualifications for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Journalism, English, Writing AND/OR Business, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in blockchain technology, open source software, or financial tech – and have proven experience writing about them.
• Editorial mindset and the ability to explain and break down high-level concepts for different audiences.
• Experience producing high-quality original digital content at a rapid pace.
• Excellent writing and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Superior command of the English language.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
• Motivated, passionate, hard worker, and self-starter.

Bonus points, if you have:

• Knowledgeable of SEO and WordPress
• Experience working and/or writing in the psychedelics or mental health spaces as well.
